Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Anchorage is seeking a BDC/Receptionist to support both Sales and Service teams. You will be the first contact for customers, helping create a positive experience, scheduling appointments, and managing communications.

Requirements include prior customer service or receptionist experience, strong CRM familiarity, and a team-focused approach. Competitive hourly pay is offered with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and benefits.

• Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, BDC, or administrative experience.
• Build great customer relationships and a passion for helping others.
• Comfortable using computers and technology; CRM experience preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding appointments, service needs, and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding appointments, service needs, and customer satisfaction
• Help manage customer information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Support customer retention efforts through follow-up and communication
• Assist customers with questions and elevate concerns when needed
• Provide administrative and receptionist support for dealership operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
