Lithia & Driveway, Fairbanks location, seeks a BDC Administrator for our Service Department. You will manage customer relations, improve processes, and build a follow-up database to enhance retention. Strong communication, typing and math skills help you succeed in daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relations process management at the store by following approved processes.
• Develop improvement plans for assigned store via observations and meetings.
• Gather accurate customer information to build a follow-up database.
• Know product pricing, dealership promotions, and events for customers.
• Use internet tools to increase appointments, sales and retention.
• Make follow-up calls to resolve issues and set appointments.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, closed Saturdays and Sundays

We are looking for a customer-focused BDC Administrator to join our Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles and takes pride in creating a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead customer relations process management at assigned store(s) by observing, installing, and training approved processes, to assure our customer’s perspective comes first.
• Develop accountable, continuous improvement plans for assigned store(s), by observations and conducting meetings with the GSM/LSMS Coordinator, this will keep all team members thinking about our customers.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention
• Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Use computer skills within our internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered and send any major issues to the LSMS Coordinator or General Manager for further review.
• Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
