Audi Fort Lauderdale, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to support our Service Department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This full-time role runs Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and involves handling service calls, recalls, reminders, and internet leads,

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, professional demeanor essential.
• Prior service, call center, or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers, CRMs, and multitasking.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound service calls.
• Contact customers about recalls, service reminders, no-shows, and cancellations.
• Respond to service-related internet leads, emails, and missed calls.
• Route calls to service advisors or departments.
• Review dashboards for our AI platform and assist with follow-up activity.
• Check vehicles in and out to customers.
• Verify insurance and driver’s licenses.
• Review and explain loaner vehicle guidelines (fuel, tolls, etc.).
• Remove and return loaner vehicles to the fleet per policy.
• Review service schedules, including cash and extended warranty services.
• Communicate with service advisors and update notes on payment status.
