Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or military service in an administrative, contracting, civil affairs, or related role; or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and other banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales and referrals.
