Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS in Ohio to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by understanding financial goals and recommending deposits and other products.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 1 year customer service or military admin experience.
Bachelor's degree is acceptable at minimum qualification level.
Preferred experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
Identify opportunities to grow relationships via a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
Demonstrate sales, service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
