Job summary

Huntington in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Banker (Non NMLS) to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, delivering exceptional service and proactively identifying financial goals.

You will educate customers on deposit products, grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, and refer clients to other bank areas while adhering to policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or related military/admin roles, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ year in customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management and banking knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.
