Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers in our branch. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit products and services.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, educating customers on deposits, pursuing sales opportunities, referring to other areas, and adhering to all policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related role.
• Preferred with 1+ year in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
