Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit and banking services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and maintain exemplary service while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; customer service or military service in similar roles acceptable; Bachelor's degree also listed as alternative.
Knowledge of consumer deposit products and banking services; ability to educate customers on options.
Proven ability to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales process and referrals.
Experience in cash handling and comfortable withTechnology-enabled banking tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to partner with different bank areas to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, and communication skills.
Other duties as assigned.
