Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service or military experience in an administrative/clerical role, or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for walk-in customers.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, referrals.
• Refer customers to other banking areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate sales, service, and relationship management skills in daily banking activities.
