Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, proactively identifying goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately while educating customers on bank services and technology, contributing to growth of consumer and business relationships in a branch setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/contracting role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Background check including fingerprinting per NMLS regulations.
• Cash handling and financial product knowledge are typical expected capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and lending.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and partnerships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
