Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, recommending deposit and other banking services, and processing transactions with accuracy and exemplary service.

You will educate customers, balance daily transactions, and contribute to a strong community presence while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or related duties, or a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail.
Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile and online banking).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
