Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a Financial Concierge. You will identify financial goals, recommend deposit and banking products, and handle transactions accurately while delivering outstanding service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Experience with banking or financial services is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and use digital banking tools.

• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Referencing customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
