Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers in our branch network. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service. You will educate customers on deposit products, pursue growth opportunities through a disciplined sales process,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is acceptable.
At least 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/clerical role.
Comfort with technology and banking products, including mobile/online banking.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships through a sales process and referrals.
Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Follow operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
Demonstrate sales, service, relationship management, banking, and presentation skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
