Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and offering appropriate deposit products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while educating customers on digital banking tools and opportunities to deepen the relationship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Preferred: experience in banking or financial services.
• Comfort with technology and digital banking tools; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and related services.
• Grow relationships through disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and cross-sell products.
• Follow all policies, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
