Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit and other products, processing transactions accurately, and balancing daily activity while delivering exemplary service.

This role emphasizes proactive relationship building, helping customers achieve their financial objectives, and adhering to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service in admin, military, or related roles; Bachelor's degree also acceptable.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
