Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a financial concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate deposit products and services.

In-office roles emphasize customer service, compliance, and a disciplined sales process. The position supports a flexible work arrangement with occasional remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/contracting role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships via a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrating skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
