Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a Financial Concierge, helping clients meet their financial goals.

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs, recommending deposit products, and delivering exceptional service. You will balance daily transactions, follow a disciplined sales process, and educate customers about banking products, including mobile and online services, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or related military/administration experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in banking or financial services customer service.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
