Job summary

Huntington in Savannah, GA is seeking a Customer Experience Banker (Non NMLS) to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping them achieve their financial goals through deposit and banking product recommendations.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while proactively growing consumer and business relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/contracting role.
• 1 year or more in banking/financial services sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for walk-in customers.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including security and compliance.
