Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers in a branch setting. You will act as a financial concierge, help customers achieve financial goals, and balance daily transactions while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include educating customers on deposit products, proactively growing customer relationships, and referring clients to other areas of the bank to deepen partnerships. Compliance with policies and risk controls is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• 1 year of customer service experience required (military or civilian).
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.

• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through sales and referrals.
