Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits and other banking products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily activity, and deliver exemplary service while adhering to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 1 year of customer service experience or military service, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with banking products is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking/communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
