Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a banking, retail, or military setting.
• Experience handling cash and balancing daily transactions is preferred.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
