Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers at a branch. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit products, and processing transactions accurately while delivering exemplary service.

This role emphasizes proactive relationship building, education on banking products, and adherence to bank policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service or related experience; or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsabilidades

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Being proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow‑up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
