Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to assist walk-in customers with friendly, proactive service. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposits and other banking products, and processing transactions accurately with daily balancing.

In this office-based role, you’ll educate customers on deposit products, refer them to other bank areas to deepen relationships, and uphold security, risk, and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Growing customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals from customers and partners.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
