Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping clients achieve financial goals by identifying needs and recommending deposits and other banking products. You will balance daily transactions and provide exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities include educating customers on deposit products, growing relationships through a disciplined sales process, and referring to other bank areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and other banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other banking areas to deepen relationships.
