Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers, retain and grow consumer and business relationships, and proactively identify financial goals and needs.

You will educate customers on deposit products, process transactions accurately, and balance daily while delivering exemplary service. The role supports sales through referrals and partnerships, with compliance to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
