Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administrative role, or a bachelor\'s degree is acceptable.
• Experience in selling or cross-selling financial products is preferred.
• Comfort with banking technology and platforms such as online/mobile banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for walk-in customers.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and other banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
