Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk‑in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping to retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Background check and fingerprinting requirements per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on deposit products and consumer lending.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships via a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
