Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposits and other banking products, and processing transactions accurately with superior service.

You will proactively identify opportunities through follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals while educating customers and partnering with other bank areas to deepen

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year customer service or military experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 1 year or more in customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.
