Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposits and other banking products, and processing transactions with accuracy and balance by end of day.

You will work in a branch setting with a flexible work arrangement as described by the hiring team, and you will avoid overtime in line with exempt status policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year customer service or military in a role with admin tasks, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in banking, financial services, or goal-driven sales.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
