Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Manage branch operations including cash devices and adhere to policies.
