• Exceed client expectations by opening new accounts and servicing existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients through active listening and empathy, partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
