Michaels is hiring at the RICHMOND-COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA store to deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store. You will ensure a fast checkout, unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain in-stock conditions to support the brand promises.

Team members engage in rewards enrollments, omni-channel processes, and store recovery tasks while upholding SOPs and safety requirements. This role includes cross-training in framing sales and production.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Mercandise recovery and maintenance including the go back process and general store recovery.
