Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Richmond, VA is seeking a store associate to support framing services and customer care. You will help customers find products, complete framing orders, and maintain a clean, well merchandised store environment.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, processing transactions, supporting truck unload and stocking, and following SOPs while upholding safety programs. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment.
• Ability to operate a glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Provide friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards
