Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring for a Store Associate in the Richmond area. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You may engage customers with the Rewards program, assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store, and follow SOPs to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift to manage stock.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standards.
• Support omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
