Nordstrom, Inc in Mooresville, NC is seeking a customer-focused teammate to deliver friendly service, resolve returns, support order pickup, and process transactions accurately across the sales floor.

You will mentor new hires on the register, build relationships with customers and teammates, and help protect the security and privacy of information while promoting Nordstrom Loyalty and other store initiatives.

Qualificações

• Strong ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android.
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training to support onboarding of new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly service and resolve returns, support order pickup, and process transactions accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Accurately process transactions and ticketing using POS and store systems.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
• Protect the security and privacy of customer information.
