Job summary

TitleMax in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan and pawn process. You will educate customers, manage appointments, and support store operations while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous data entry and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for daily use.
• Proficiency with phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and related computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan/pawn lifecycle.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Leverage partnerships, obtain referrals, and participate in in-store/community events to drive performance.
• Develop customer relationships to support store profitability and brand loyalty.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals using the assessment tool.
• Accurately enter customer information into the POS system.
