Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide genuine hospitality in the At Your Service area.
• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store, returns, and order pickups; complete transactions accurately.
• Keep pickup, return, and collection areas organized and ensure a friction-free customer experience.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need, ending with thanks.
• Support team members and collaborate to meet sales goals.
• Contribute to a clean, inviting shopping space and a positive store environment.
