Qualifications

• Ability to switch between tasks and shifts, including nights and weekends.
• No education or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers in a friendly, genuine way.
• Recommend products by asking questions to identify needs.
• Offer options and solutions to complete the sale.
• Wrap up the shopping journey and celebrate purchases.
• Assist customers with the total store experience and using devices to shop.
• Process Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders and curbside pickup.
• Demonstrate knowledge to drive sales and minimize returns.
• Sell gift cards and resolve Macy's card issues as needed.
