Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations and deliver an inviting shopping experience. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and keeping the store clean, while also cross-training to operate the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes safe, respectful customer interactions, basic math for cash handling, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers at the front end and operate the cash register when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Engage with customers and associates in a positive, respectful manner.
• Protect cash and company assets while performing duties.
