Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to operate the cash register and can shift to front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or service experience, strong communication and math skills for cash handling, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling.
• Integrity and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Cross-trained to operate cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming, safe environment.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
