Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end duties. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and help keep the store clean and welcoming.

The role includes operating the cash register, handling transactions, and maintaining cash security. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms.
• Providing positive, friendly interactions with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions while operating the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting store assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
