Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes a clean, welcoming environment and professional customer interactions. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, handling transactions, and protecting cash/assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely
• Merchandise and stock as needed
• Clean and restock bathrooms; sweep and mop floors; take out trash
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Other duties as assigned
