Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume customer phone calls, emails, and in-person requests.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and additional information.
• Enter data to determine total cost for the customer.
• Process orders and respond to incoming customer PO orders promptly.
• Communicate terms of sale at time of quote or order.
• Check inventory and notify stock control of out-of-stock items.
• Resolve complaints and discrepancies with customers.
• Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and warehouse to expedite or trace shipments.
• Process returns and coordinate credits and price adjustments.
