Job summary

APPLIED Adhesives is seeking a Customer Experience Representative I to join the remote team. You will manage customer orders and inquiries, work with Sales, Business Development, and Operations to build relationships, and help retention and growth.

This is a remote role limited to CST or EST time zones in the U.S. The role emphasizes accurate order processing, excellent service, and data integrity in the CRM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer facing experience.
• Located in CST or EST timezones.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or support experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused and empathetic with a service mindset.
• Proficient with CRM and office tools, quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and prospect customer experience excellence: process requests for product, price, and sales support.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily operations toward growth objectives.
• Maintain and enhance data in APPLIED’s CRM for accounts and cross‑department collaboration.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate troubles to the appropriate resource.
• Ensure compliance with customer experience policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
