Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service throughout a busy store environment.

You will assist with locating items, stocking, and processing orders while ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience in departments like Appliances, Hardware, and Tools. This role offers part-time hours with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
