Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers and help them find the right products for their home improvement projects. You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with locating items, and ensure a smooth checkout experience in a dynamic store environment.

The role supports varying departments and may involve loading merchandise, stocking, and providing excellent service to meet customer needs. This position supports part-time work and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic system navigation.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Restock shelves and merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas as needed.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
