Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and process orders while maintaining a friendly, professional store atmosphere.

Because this role supports multiple departments, you may assist with stocking, merchandising, and basic product guidance. Bilingual skills and prior retail experience are a plus; part-time or full-time schedules may be available.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience (typing, data entry, basic software)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic, ability to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and keep areas organized
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
