Lowe's Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate who welcomes customers and helps them find the right home improvement products and services.

You will interact with customers throughout the day, assisting with product selection and handling routine store tasks. You will spend much of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, with daily responsibilities varying by department.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
