Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally at the store entrances or over the phone.
• Ring up purchases accurately at the register and handle payments.
• Keep sales floor tidy, organized, and well stocked.
• Answer questions and share product knowledge with shoppers.
• Assist donors at donation drop-offs and provide receipts.
• Maintain fitting rooms and overall store appearance.
• Follow store safety and security procedures at all times.
• Promote Goodwill’s mission at checkout and request donations when appropriate.
• Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth store operation.
