Goodwill is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support front-end operations, process donations, and assist shoppers in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, operate the POS system, balance cash, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old; 18+ to operate safety-sensitive equipment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience a plus.
• No minimum education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting and engaging with customers and donors.
• Operate cash register and POS system, balance cash drawer and complete daily reports.
• Receive, sort, and price donated goods according to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Restock merchandise, create displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention procedures and report hazards to management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and sales goals.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates; promote inclusive workplace culture.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and store events.
